The staff generally seemed helpful during my brief interactions.
The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, to say the least. I found hairs in several places. The WiFi signal was practically non-existent in my room. I found the overall condition of the room rather tired, it definitely needs some refurbishment.

I found the staff friendly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble at all. The tribute night was a wonderful experience with excellent food and service. The provided entertainment was also AMAZING!!! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept.
The lack of ventilation in the bedroom was a bit of a challenge, but I managed by opening the window. Road noise was present, yet it didn't severely impact my stay. I hope they address this issue soon!

the decor throughout the hotel gave a good first impression. the reception staff welcomed me warmly. my double room was a good size and included an en suite. i found tea and coffee readily available.

i found the staff to be excellent they addressed requests quickly. the room was nothing messy with good facilities. the breakfast had fresh options and plentiful portions. i found parking easy and the location near transport links.
the wifi signal was weak i found but it was sufficient for basic browsing.

The outside of the hotel looked nice and tidy with picnic benches. The car park was generously sized and free .
The shower temperature was completely off. It was scalding hot even when set to the lowest setting. This made showering VERY difficult and uncomfortable. The furniture felt very dated and there were no plug sockets near the bed, inconvenient.

The rooms featured clean spaces and beds were comfortable. I found provided towels fluffy and white. The bar offered drinks at a good price, which I found convenient. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had no issue.
The hotel's corridors are in need of a bit of an update, mostly aesthetically. This small area felt less modern than the rest of the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions! I had a comfortable sleep in my room. The breakfast had many choices and was quite good.
One of the towels had a large hole. the room was quite cold at night, because the radiators couldn't be controlled from inside the room.
